Description

• Draft and File Documents: Prepare legal documents for court proceedings, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines. • Request Medical Bills/Records: Gather essential medical information to build strong cases. • Schedule Depositions: Coordinate with all parties involved to ensure smooth deposition scheduling. • Write Demand Letters: Craft persuasive letters to advocate for our clients’ rights. • Assist with Legal Motions: Collaborate with attorneys in drafting motions and pleadings. • Coordinate with Opposing Counsels and Medical Experts: Facilitate effective communication. • Organize Case Files: Maintain meticulous records and keep case folders in order. • Create Client Record Summaries: Condense complex information into clear summaries. • Support Discovery Process: Assist in drafting petitions and discovery requests.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree is required; Law graduate or currently in Law School • Personal Injury law experience is required • Bilingual Proficiency: Fluent in both English and Spanish. • Experience: Minimum of 1 year handling personal injury claims or related medical/insurance claims. • Tech-savvy: Comfortable using case management software. • Customer Service Skills: Personable and able to interact effectively with clients. • Detail-Oriented: Accuracy matters in legal work. • Team Player: Collaborate seamlessly with colleagues. • Willing to work on the Pacific Standard Time schedule • Own Laptop or Desktop (8GB RAM, Core i5 or above) with an internet connection of at least 10 Mbps
