📋 Description

• Design and implement artificial intelligence (AI) infrastructure within the customer environment. • Support the development, deployment and execution of AI services. • Envision, build, deploy, and operationalize AI and machine learning (ML) pipelines. • Develop AI strategic roadmaps that align with the customer goals and objectives. • Collaborate with stakeholders to capture business requirements and improve how AI technology is integrated into the customer business processes to drive innovation and transform business processes. • Ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with business objectives. • Defining data models and overall, AI solution architecture. • Lead customer workshops to identify pain points and design effective AI solutions. • Work with other IT team members, including data scientists and leaders, to support digital transformation. • Develop new AI-related applications and manage programmers. • Collaborate with security professionals to manage potential risks and implement AI technologies, applications, and infrastructure in keeping with ethical policies. • Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and project teams. • Architect scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions. • Stay up to date with the latest AI technologies and best practices. • Work closely with other teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment. • Champion a collaborative culture, sharing knowledge and fostering innovation. • Optimize performance, scalability, and reliability. • Assist in the development of concise and accurate engineering documentation on current and proposed cloud environments including Visio Diagrams, As-Built documents, recommendations for solutions, run books, knowledge guides, and other operations guides. • Work with little or no supervision, provide guidance to the team when necessary, and be able to adapt to changing requirements. • Participate as required with Agile Scrum sprints and other Agile ceremonies. • Stay abreast of current and emerging technologies, regularly analyzing and evaluating their impact and benefit to the customer by providing recommendations to management.

🎯 Requirements

• BS degree and 12 – 15 years of prior relevant experience or a master’s degree with less than 10 - 13 years of prior relevant experience • expert knowledge of AI Technologies • expert knowledge of data management and governance • strong experience with Microsoft Azure AI services (e.g., Azure Machine Learning, Cognitive Services) and AWS AI services (e.g., SageMaker, Rekognition, Lex) • strong programming skills in Python, R, and familiarity with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar • strong experience with data engineering, including ETL processes and data pipeline construction • strong excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment • strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
