Description

• Define and operationalize modern architectures to support business growth. • Provide strategies and solutions for DHMSM needs with federal health knowledge. • Develop roadmaps and recommendations using Lean and Agile principles. • Create EA blueprints demonstrating e2e technology landscape. • Build relationships across business and technology teams. • Improve workflow and end-user adoption related to EHR transition. • Assess impact of business strategy on EA landscape. • Apply Architecture Assets and frameworks to direct technology use. • Develop an architecture roadmap from “as-is” to “to-be.” • Provide EA governance throughout transformation programs. • Identify collaborations for effective EHR implementation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree with 12-15 years of prior relevant experience or Master's Degree with 10-13 years of prior relevant experience. • US Citizen with ability to obtain and maintain an ADP IT-II Public Trust Clearance. • Minimum of ten years of experience in software, system or enterprise architecture disciplines. • Experience leading technical teams on Cerner’s platform. • Experience in Health IT Modernization within the Federal sector. • DoDAF certified preferred. • Exceptional oral and written communication skills. • Experience in EA in Health and Public Sector industries. • Experience in strategic analysis and enterprise transformation. • Experience with large-scale enterprise system integration and deployment. • Familiarity with DoD Configuration Management and Systems Engineering methodologies.
