• Manage and maintain facilities infrastructure at US Antarctic Program Locations • Provide support to remote field science operations in Antarctica • Establish maintenance and replacement cycles • Perform facility condition assessments • Develop facility upgrade and replacement projects
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in mechanical or electrical engineering • 4+ years of experience • Knowledge of architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical principles • Experience with maintenance strategies • Ability to communicate effectively • Skill in writing clear reports • Ability to read design drawings • Current United States Passport • Valid Driver’s License
