Description

• Design, create, maintain, and test training materials for EHR • Execute all facets of training development life-cycle • Apply adult learning theories for course development • Analyze current training strategy and materials • Develop course design documents • Utilize Microsoft Word templates for training content creation • Employ Rapid Development Software to develop interactive courseware • Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts and other stakeholders • Host review sessions with government client • Support team ideas and initiatives

Requirements

• BS degree in Education, Instructional Design, or Instructional Technology with 4 years relevant experience or Masters with 2 years relevant experience • US Citizen with ability to obtain and maintain an ADP IT-II Public Trust Clearance • Four years experience developing and delivering training courses • Authoring ability using Adobe Captivate, Camtasia and Articulate Storyline • Experience using Microsoft Word templates • Experience working with remote teams • Strong time management and attention to detail • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Familiar with ADA Section 508c accessibility requirements
