Description
• Lead and manage high-impact IT projects from initiation to closure • Develop and implement comprehensive project plans • Oversee project teams, ensuring high performance • Develop and execute effective strategies to engage stakeholders • Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks • Monitor and report on project performance using KPIs • Continuously evaluate and enhance project management processes • Manage project budgets within financial constraints
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field • 12+ years of experience in IT project management • Proven track record of successfully leading large, complex projects • Experience in leading large, cross-functional teams • Strong understanding of project management methodologies • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities • Experience in IT projects in infrastructure, application modernization, or cyber security • US citizenship required; able to obtain security clearance
