Description

• Support employees and teammates in Antarctica • Provide “boot on the ground” support while being a cultural champion and change agent • Deploy to McMurdo Station- Antarctica for ~ eight months • Eligibility for deployment requires physical and dental evaluations • Must obtain a Public Trust security clearance prior to start date

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or equivalent experience/combined education • 4 - 8 years of experience • Prior Human Resources and Employee Relations experience • Strong communication, presentation, facilitation and influencing skills • Demonstrated experience in coaching, partnering, and influencing • Ability to build and leverage enduring relationships • Strong computer skills using HR applications e.g. Workday, Deltek HR reporting, Microsoft Office • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
