Description

• Manage and maintain the ServiceNow platform • Monitor system performance and ensure high availability and reliability • Configure ServiceNow modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Asset, and Configuration Management • Customize ServiceNow applications and facilitate the rollout of new applications • Implement workflows, business rules, UI actions, and notifications • Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems using APIs and web services • Implement and enforce security policies and access controls • Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and best practices

Requirements

• ServiceNow Administrator Certification (CSA) is desirable • Additional certifications in ServiceNow modules (ITSM, CSM, ITOM, etc.) are preferred but training is available • Proven experience as a ServiceNow Administrator would be preferred • Strong understanding of ITIL/ITSM principles • Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other relevant scripting languages • Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and integration tools • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
