• Develop, maintain, and support SharePoint sites, libraries, and lists. • Customize SharePoint workflows, web parts, and solutions based on user requirements. • Replace current InfoPath forms with custom solutions using HTML, CSS and JavaScript. • Collaborate with end-users to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. • Ensure that SharePoint design and features align with organizational security, information architecture, and usability best practices. • Perform troubleshooting and debugging of SharePoint-related issues. • Maintain system documentation and develop user guides as necessary. • Assist in SharePoint migrations, upgrades, and system improvements. • Participate in testing and quality assurance processes for new SharePoint solutions. • Participate in user training and provide user support for SharePoint administration, including permissions management and site configuration.
• A BA degree and a minimum of two (2) years relevant experience solving technical problems (or managing the solution of technical problems) in the last five (5) years. • Experience working with SharePoint 2019 or Subscription Edition. • Strong understanding of SharePoint architecture, workflows, and customization. • Experience with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for SharePoint customization. • Knowledge of SharePoint Designer • Experience in troubleshooting SharePoint issues and providing ongoing tech • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
