• Bachelor’s degree or master’s in Marketing, Data Analytics, Business, or related field • Proven experience in user acquisition, community engagement, or marketing, preferably within fintech or remittance industry • Strong understanding of Central African market and cultural nuances • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to think creatively and strategically to solve problems and drive growth • Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote setting • Fluency in English and French
