•Collaborate with actuarial and underwriting experts to help profitably grow Lemonade Car •Advance countrywide forms, policy language, and pricing plans •Partner with actuarial and underwriting experts to develop coverage, pricing levels, and eligibility requirements •Collaborate with Insurance Operations team for regulatory approval •Research market trends and competitor actions for insightful recommendations •Manage current product performance effectiveness

Requirements

•7+ years of P&C experience, with a minimum of 5+ years of personal lines insurance experience in either product development, product management or state management •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Insurance, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or related field •Strong technical skills with SQL, Looker, or similar systems, including building dashboards or reports, preferred •Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail, with a knack for identifying trends and taking action •Advanced Microsoft Office skills (including MS Word, Powerpoint, and Excel) •Superior organizational and project management capabilities, comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
