• Proven success recruiting for sales roles in the mortgage or lending—especially wholesale account executives. • A go-getter mindset—you chase leads, follow up relentlessly, and close with confidence. • Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills—you make people want to join you. • Experience using ATS systems, CRM tools, and recruitment platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.). • Willingness to travel to tradeshows and key markets to meet top talent and expand your network. • Resilience, positivity, and a knack for sales psychology—you know how to pitch and when to pivot. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to meet strict deadlines and demonstrate a sense of urgency as applicable • Demonstrates good judgment and decision-making skills
