📋 Description

• Assist Merchandising Manager and Interior Designers with detailed space planning and specification packages using CAD software. • Complete detailed design specification packages in AUTO CAD format for various projects. • Create 2D and 3D technical drawings and plans using CAD software. • Work closely with designers to translate designs into technical drawings ensuring accuracy. • Prepare and maintain accurate documentation including drawing sets and revisions while meeting deadlines. • Coordinate with design leads, architects, engineers, and project stakeholders to resolve design issues. • Conduct reviews and quality checks of drawings and plans for accuracy and compliance. • Assist on special design projects as necessary and attend project installations as required. • Stay updated on building codes, design trends, and attend trade shows as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor of Arts degree preferred. • 2-4 years of experience in interior design or architecture required. • Skilled in AUTO CAD, REVIT, SketchUp, Photoshop, In-Design, Excel, Word and PowerPoint on Macintosh platform. • Basic understanding of California Building and ADA codes preferred. • Ability to meet deadlines while maintaining a professional attitude. • Excellent work ethic, communication, presentation and interpersonal skills. • Copes well under pressure and can accept constructive feedback. • California Motor Vehicle License – unrestricted. • Moderate Regional travel (including overnight trips and flights) required.
