• 5+ years of leadership experience in creative direction (agency or in-house), ideally in tech, SaaS, or design-led industries. • Deep branding, design, and storytelling expertise, with a portfolio showcasing emotive, powerful, creative work. • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to inspire and influence across all levels of an organisation. • Strong project management and problem-solving skills, balancing creative ambition with strategic business goals. • A visionary mindset, eager to push creative boundaries and shape the future of AI-powered creativity. • Experience with Creative AI tools (especially AI-powered image generation) is a huge plus!
