• Drive the end-to-end process of ideating, planning, and executing growth experiments • Work with cross-functional teams across web, data and design • Conduct research, gather customer feedback, and analyze data to inform product decisions • Share knowledge and best practices to enhance team effectiveness • Analyze results to drive decisions around experiments • Assume responsibility for project delivery and outcomes
Requirements
• Proven experience in a product management role in a SaaS or subscription-based business • Excited by an environment where you can work across different areas • Confident in making quick, balanced decisions • Skilled in fostering collaboration with engineering and design teams • Adept at managing complex stakeholder relationships • Strong expertise in data analytics • Experience within a Growth team is a bonus!
