📋 Description
• This job position is based in France or US. • Requires exemplary leadership to ensure a safe production environment and develop a safety culture. • Must have leadership, management, and organization skills for team management and mentorship. • Design and execute capacity expansion plans and new facility construction. • Requires technical expertise in solid-state fermentation processes, technology, equipment, and microbiology. • Propose and manage production strategies, optimize processes, manage quality control labs, and address equipment maintenance needs. • Oversee project scopes, timelines, and budgets according to AGRAUXINE & LESAFFRE standards.
🎯 Requirements
• Perfect technical command of products, equipment, processes, and industrial constraints. • Strong industrial skills and culture. • Good knowledge of QHSE procedures. • Grounded in problem-solving methods like lean production. • Totally fluent in English and understand economic and financial principles. • Experienced working with business ERP. • Strong knowledge of company operations and inter-BU relations. • Willing to travel frequently in France and the US (30-40%).
