Hello, Paid Media Specialists! • My name is Jeremy, and I am the CEO of Lupa Digital Inc. – a digital marketing agency dedicated to providing effective, tailored recommendations to our clients, combining critical thinking, in-depth analysis, and a testing mindset to drive real results. Our goal is to increase organic traffic to client websites and convert that traffic into leads or sales. • While our primary focus is on search engine optimization, we also offer services in paid acquisition, email marketing, and conversion rate optimization. The real value we bring lies in our critical thinking and making sure that our clients’ traffic has the best chance of achieving their business objectives. • We are seeking a data-driven Paid Media Specialist who can expertly manage paid acquisition campaigns to boost our clients' online visibility, generate leads, and drive conversions. This role involves creating, optimizing, and managing pay-per-click (PPC) and paid social campaigns, while also providing insights and strategies to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS). • This is a part-time position with the potential to expand into a full-time role within 3 months.

Requirements

We are looking for a Paid Media Specialist specifically with these requirements: • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills. • At least 3 years of experience managing paid acquisition campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads, Amazon Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and others. • Expertise in Google Ads, including managing Search, Display, Video, and Shopping campaigns. • Experience with Meta Ads Manager, utilizing its features to optimize campaigns and track performance. • Proven experience in $10k - 100K Ad spend per month • Proficiency in data analysis using Google Analytics 4, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), and creating custom reports. • 2-3 years of experience working with a variety of industries. • Marketing agency experience is preferred. • Familiarity with conversion tracking and the use of Google Tag Manager. • Proven ability to meet deadlines, navigate challenges, and achieve outstanding results. Nice to have: • Experience in SEO or email marketing. • Knowledge of A/B testing frameworks and experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO). • Client management experience.
