â˘Hello, Paid Media Specialists! â˘My name is Jeremy, and I am the CEO of Lupa Digital Inc. â a digital marketing agency dedicated to providing effective, tailored recommendations to our clients, combining critical thinking, in-depth analysis, and a testing mindset to drive real results. â˘Our goal is to increase organic traffic to client websites and convert that traffic into leads or sales. â˘While our primary focus is on search engine optimization, we also offer services in paid acquisition, email marketing, and conversion rate optimization. â˘We are seeking a data-driven Paid Media Specialist who can expertly manage paid acquisition campaigns to boost our clients' online visibility, generate leads, and drive conversions. â˘This role involves creating, optimizing, and managing pay-per-click (PPC) and paid social campaigns, while also providing insights and strategies to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS). â˘This is a part-time position with the potential to expand into a full-time role within 3 months.
â˘Excellent English written and verbal communication skills. â˘At least 3 years of experience managing paid acquisition campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads, Amazon Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and others. â˘Expertise in Google Ads, including managing Search, Display, Video, and Shopping campaigns. â˘Experience with Meta Ads Manager, utilizing its features to optimize campaigns and track performance. â˘Proven experience in $10k - 100K Ad spend per month â˘Proficiency in data analysis using Google Analytics 4, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), and creating custom reports. â˘2-3 years of experience working with a variety of industries. â˘Marketing agency experience is preferred. â˘Familiarity with conversion tracking and the use of Google Tag Manager. â˘Proven ability to meet deadlines, navigate challenges, and achieve outstanding results. â˘Nice to have: â˘Experience in SEO or email marketing. â˘Knowledge of A/B testing frameworks and experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO). â˘Client management experience.
