• You’re a detail-oriented, methodical, and motivated individual looking for hands-on experience in quality assurance within a creative and performance focused digital marketing environment. • You thrive in a fast-paced setting, have a keen eye for inconsistencies, and are eager to learn how QA processes contribute to high-performing marketing campaigns. • You enjoy problem-solving, following structured processes, and ensuring digital assets meet brand and functional standards. • The Interactive QA Intern program is a mentorship-driven, hands-on learning experience designed to help you kickstart your career in performance focused digital marketing with a focus on quality assurance. • Over the course of this fully remote, part-time internship (20 hours per week) running from June to August. • You will be paired with an experienced mentor on our Customer Experience Team who will guide your learning and provide real-world insights into QA processes within creative and performance marketing. • Participate in a group orientation during the first week to learn about Level’s systems, processes, and creative approach to digital marketing. • Conduct at least 12 rounds of quality assurance (QA) testing across website projects, digital ads, landing pages, emails, and other marketing assets to ensure accuracy, functionality, and brand consistency. • Review creative deliverables to identify errors in layout, design, content, or functionality before assets go live. • Utilize project management and documentation tools to log QA findings, report issues, and track resolutions. • Follow structured review processes to ensure adherence to brand guidelines and marketing objectives. • Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and marketing strategists to provide clear and actionable feedback. • Develop skills in A/B testing, performance analysis, and iterative improvements in creative marketing assets. • Engage in weekly professional development training sessions and regular one-on-one check-ins with your manager to receive feedback, track progress, and refine your skills. • Independently own a project focused on a key content initiative, providing a portfolio-worthy deliverable. • Complete a final presentation to showcase your learnings and contributions throughout the internship. • Have the potential opportunity to transition into a full-time role based on performance and agency needs.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to spot inconsistencies. • Experience with proofreading, fact-checking, or quality assurance in any capacity. • Basic understanding of digital marketing assets (ads, emails, landing pages). • Familiarity with project management tools. • Ability to follow structured processes and document findings clearly. • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills. • Experience with A/B testing or performance analysis (preferred but not required). • Time management skills and ability to handle multiple projects at once. • Strong communication skills to provide clear and actionable feedback.
