📋 Description
• Level Access is seeking a Product Designer to improve the user experience of accessibility technology. • Focus on intuitive design and user-centered solutions across products. • Collaborate with teams to define requirements and conduct testing.
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years of experience designing digital tools (web apps, native apps, plugins, etc.). • 2+ years of experience working with and contributing to design systems. • Strong ability to use data to inform design decisions. • Experience collaborating with product managers in agile environments. • Expertise in design discovery and problem framing. • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills. • Knowledge of UX research practices and experience with unmoderated user testing tools like Maze.
