📋 Description
• We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our outstanding Product team • Take ownership of delivering innovative products that improve digital accessibility across the web • Conducts deep market research, competitive analysis and trend forecasting to shape product vision and strategy • Craft and shape the product strategy that support the company’s goals and mission on a time horizon of at least 1 year • Leverage quantitative and qualitative research techniques to understand user needs • Drive and implement the full end-to-end product development process from discovery through to implementation and launch • Influence executive partners, align teams and drive cross-functional collaboration • Collaborate daily with our engineering, data science, design, research and go-to-market teams • Coordinate the product delivery process from alpha/beta MVP stages to general release • Mentors junior and intermediate PMs and contributes to the shaping of team processes and rituals.
🎯 Requirements
• 7+ years experience as a software product manager working in a subscription-based business model • BSc. in computer science, computer engineering or equivalent • Strong technical proficiency with shown ability to influence technical decisions and system level trade-offs • Shown experience building evidence-based cases for major product investments and understanding business metrics • Deep understanding and confirmed experience with product management methodologies. • Shown success using evidence based decision-making techniques • Demonstrated success in leading and launching software products.
