📋 Description
• We are seeking a highly skilled UiPath Software Developer to join our team, working on innovative RPA (Robotic Process Automation) projects. • This role involves developing, enhancing, and streamlining UiPath systems while ensuring stability, upgrades, and process improvements. • The ideal candidate will collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and subject matter experts to translate requirements into effective solutions. • As a key contributor, you will support UiPath automation efforts, mentor staff, and establish best practices to drive efficiency across various business processes. • Develop, customize, and enhance UiPath technical solutions to meet business needs. • Collaborate with internal UiPath product management teams, vendors, and development staff. • Ensure UiPath bots remain stable and operational while managing platform upgrades and functionality changes. • Participate in Agile ceremonies, including daily scrums, planning, and retrospectives. • Provide technical support and mentorship to full-time employees (FTE) in UiPath development best practices. • Design, configure, test, and deploy automation tools using UiPath Studio with REFramework. • Perform code analysis, develop technical specifications, and create architectural artifacts. • Support the review of source code and clarify requirements for other developers. • Build small bots for incremental process improvement and automation of routine tasks.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field. • UiPath Certified Advanced RPA Developer (UiARD). • Minimum 8+ years of programming experience, including 3 years in UiPath/RPA. • Proficiency in UiPath Studio RPA Development with REFramework, .NET (C#, VB.Net), HTML, JavaScript, and advanced tools like OCR, IDP, and AI/ML. • Demonstrated ability to design and implement RPA solutions from technical requirements. • Strong written and oral communication skills. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities. • Experience with Azure DevOps, Git, and CI/CD pipelines. • Familiarity with APIs/Services (REST & SOAP), MS Office, Google Suite, OnBase Unity Client, and Mainframe CICS. • Knowledge of Agile development frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and SDLC processes. • ITIL process knowledge is a plus. • Level-1 Fingerprint Clearance Card required. • Completion of a 7-year HireRight background check.
