Description
• We are seeking an experienced attorney to join our Madrid office as Counsel with a focus on commercial and compliance matters. • Review, draft, negotiate, and interpret commercial contracts with various counterparties. • Provide legal advice to ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable legal requirements. • Manage and oversee outside counsel in multiple jurisdictions and areas of subject matter expertise. • Foster an internal corporate culture of ethical conduct and sound legal practices.
Requirements
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant legal experience as in-house counsel at a multinational company or with a leading law firm. • Ability to provide practical, business-oriented advice and guidance independently in a fast-moving environment at all levels of the Company. • A willingness and desire to learn LevelTen’s business at a granular level for the purpose of assessing risk and providing strategic advice. • Strong teaming and collaboration skills. • Fluency in English (the working language of the Company and Madrid office) is required. • Fluency in Spanish strongly preferred as well. • Admission to practice law in Spain is required.
