Description

• Company Overview LevelUp is a specialist agency that provides WordPress technical support for vendors, agencies and website owners. We have been servicing a number of WordPress companies for over 6 years now and have a rapidly growing team of skilled and passionate WordPress professionals. We are looking to hire a team of Data Entry Specialists for a Fixed Term six (6) month contract. • Position Overview The Data Entry Specialist role is a fully remote, focused on accurate and efficient manual data entry. The primary responsibilities include transferring data between systems in the correct format, identifying and escalating errors, and maintaining an average handle time of 5 minutes per entry.

Requirements

• 3+ years of data entry experience • At least 6 months experience in customer service • Ability to accurately enter data with minimal errors • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills • Experience with Salesforce • Experience with Zendesk • WPM 65 - 90
