• Build relationships and collaborate with leading egg producers to transition to sustainable farming practices • Educate farms on sustainability, animal welfare, and economic benefits of cage-free egg production • Conduct online research, draft and send emails, and arrange visits and meetings with stakeholders • Work from home with highly flexible hours
Requirements
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to persuade and engage others • Ability to work highly independently, with a very strong work ethic • Resiliency — when you are ignored or brushed off, it does not discourage you but rather motivates you to try harder • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required, with Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin preferred • Personal interest in sustainability, animal welfare, or food safety • Significant sales or sales-style experience is a very strong plus but not required
