Description
• Manage the day-to-day operations of Le Wagon Online bootcamps • Empower, coach and support the Batch Managers to provide students with a great learning experience • Handle smooth delivery of the bootcamps to maximize student motivation, commitment, and satisfaction • Oversee all pedagogical metrics and organization of key events • Review and approve all teaching invoices weekly and manage local teaching contracts
Requirements
• 2-3 years previous successful work experience • Clear and confident communicator, with exceptional written and verbal English & French • Enjoy working in a small team with a high degree of independence • Creative problem solver - highly structured and organised • Strong project management skills with a real drive for results • Experience managing multiple teams and stakeholders • Grasp the challenges involved in learning technical skills
