Description

• Collaborate closely with development and product portfolio leads to gain intimate knowledge of Optra product capabilities and objectives • Use clear and best practice methods to define the future features and requirements for Optra, then manage the communication with stakeholders to gather input and gain consensus • Provide leadership to and participate in SAFe planning ceremonies, leading a matrixed team based on and off-shore and coaching team members to increase efficiency and focus • Manage the feature backlog, ensuring the team has clearly defined and prioritized feature to pull into releases • Engage with development team members to define sprint objectives and stories; including defining acceptance criteria that aligns with the product vision and objectives • Collaborate with development team members to create technical artifacts that communicate the technical functionality of features in the release • Create release plans and release notes that clearly and simply communicate what was planned for delivery, and what was ultimately delivered at the end of the release

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 10 Years of experience is required • A minimum of 7 years experience working in product development or enterprise delivery teams; solution architecture a plus • A minimum of 5 years experience working with Cloud platforms, specifically MS Azure and AWS; Azure and AWS certifications a plus • A minimum of 5 years experience in working within blended on-shore/off-shore
