📋 Description

• We are seeking a DevOps Lead to support all engineers and business departments at LI.FI, Jumper and Catalyst. • As the gatekeepers of best practices and security, our DevOps team is responsible for platform stability and observability, automation, cost control and optimization. • You will primarily focus on application deployment and infrastructure optimization, reporting to our Engineering Manager. • Please note that you must be located in the EMEA region. Your application will not be considered if you're outside of this region.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in a Principal or DevOps Lead role, managing and mentoring engineers. • Strong expertise in at least 2 of the following cloud platforms: AWS, GCP (preferred) or Azure. • Experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform and Terragrunt) is a must. • Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and orchestration tools. • Deep understanding of CI/CD pipelines and tools (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, etc.). • Managing SQL databases like Postgres or Mysql and NoSQL like MongoDB. • Strong scripting and automation skills (Bash, Python, Go or similar). • Experience with monitoring and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Thanos, Loki, etc.). • Strong communication and leadership skills. • Strong problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset for improving DevOps workflows. • Experience in cost optimization and FinOps (Financial Operations) strategies • Knowledge of networking, system administration, and database management. • Experience with security and compliance frameworks is a plus. • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science is a plus.
