Description

• As a Junior Smart Contract Developer, you will work closely with our developers and engineers to design, test, and deploy smart contracts. • This is a unique opportunity to dive into blockchain technology and contribute to a real-world project. • You will be exposed to various aspects of smart contract development, from writing code and unit testing to conducting code reviews as well as researching topics, tools and security incidents. • Our extensive codebase includes over 50 different smart contracts which are deployed to more than 20 different networks.

Requirements

• Fundamental understanding of blockchain technology, Ethereum, and smart contracts • Previous hands-on experience in smart contract development • Proficiency in Solidity • Understanding of gas optimization techniques and contract security best practices • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about complex technical issues • Detail-oriented with a careful approach to writing code, with a focus on security and efficiency • Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction within the team and external stakeholders • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a distributed, culturally diverse team • Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges • Experience with non-EVM smart contract ecosystems and/or Huff programming is a plus • Experience working with/for a major DeFi protocol is a plus • Contributions to Ethereum Improvement Proposals (EIPs) or other blockchain initiatives are a plus • A degree in computer science or a related field is a plus
