🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in social media management with proven success building and growing a YouTube channel, including subscriber acquisition strategies and platform-optimized content • Strategic video creator and editor who develops innovative concepts from ideation to execution across YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok, with ability to transform technical features into compelling content • Strong command of brand voice and exceptional copywriting skills that maintain consistent identity while adapting strategies for different markets and platforms • Visual storyteller with expertise in creating breakthrough content through compelling imagery and video composition that stands out in crowded feeds • Demonstrated ability to identify and capitalize on trending moments, with agility to balance planned content calendars with real-time opportunities • Collaborative partner who integrates social-first thinking into broader marketing initiatives and works effectively with cross-functional teams • Adaptable professional who quickly adjusts to platform algorithm changes and emerging trends while driving consistent engagement • Data-driven strategist who combines creative vision with performance analytics to inform content decisions • Bold, innovative thinker with a user-focused approach and curiosity about how our audience interacts with our product
