Description

β€’ Responsible for phone contact with patients to collect payment for medical bills on behalf of clients. β€’ Provide exceptional patient service in the name of the client. β€’ Contact patients via telephone to collect payment on medical bills. β€’ Communicate accurate information to patients in a clear and professional manner. β€’ Review patient accounts and document interaction and feedback. β€’ Negotiate appropriate payments with customers. β€’ Set up patient payments via check, electronic transfer, or credit card. β€’ Understand and comply with all policies and procedures. β€’ Meet or exceed established goals. β€’ Work closely with team leads, management, and clients to resolve disputes and ensure patient satisfaction. β€’ Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

β€’ Customer service experience preferred β€’ Prior medical billing or healthcare revenue cycle experience strongly preferred β€’ High school diploma or General Education Development (GED) Certificate required β€’ One to two years of college preferred
