• Enhance, streamline and automate recruiting and reporting processes • Work closely with co-founder and CFO/COO • Conduct data analyses, perform benchmarking, develop reports and implement tools • Maintain data quality across the company • Oversee project management within Matchr and ensure smooth coordination across various teams
🎯 Requirements
• Over 3 years of relevant experience working with data and project management • Proven experience with and passion for automation tools and technologies • Familiarity with AI or machine learning in the context of operations or analytics • Strong technical skills, with the ability to develop and manage automated systems • Advanced Modelling skills • A keen eye for detail and a passion for optimizing and automating processes • Excellent communication skills for presenting complex data insights clearly
