📋 Description
• Responsible for working with Supply Chain systems and data to gather, analyze, and present insights and reports to support decision-making. • Manage complex problems and work with team members to ensure ticket resolution. • Analyze and validate data from various systems. • Design and develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations to present metrics, trends, and insights. • Provide data interpretation support and actionable recommendations. • Identify opportunities to streamline reporting processes and enhance data visualization techniques. • Conduct testing to ensure accurate Supply Chain Management reporting. • Ensure data integrity and accuracy by resolving data quality issues and performing data reconciliation. • Collaborate to align reporting strategies with organizational goals. • Provide user support and training on ERP analytics features.
🎯 Requirements
• Education: Bachelors - Preferably in the areas of computer science, information technology, software engineering, or a related field • Masters Degree (preferred) • Experience: 3-5 years of experience • 2-3 within Healthcare • Experience being part of a shared service organization • Certifications: Oracle Certification (Preferred)
