📋 Description
• Responsible for supporting the financial operations by performing various accounting tasks • Support monthly balance sheet account reconciliation process • Assist with balance sheet and income statement analysis • Prepare annual budgets and monthly operations forecasts • Investigate account reconciliation variances • Support quarterly review and annual audit processes • Interact closely with HSC Office management in various departments • Review and record journal entries, ensuring proper support • Use ad-hoc reporting tools to perform financial analyses • Identify process improvement and efficiency • Participate in training to stay current with accounting standards and regulations.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in the areas of Business, Accounting, Finance or related field or related experience • 1-2 years of experience preferred • Previous experience in an accounting role is preferred but not required; internships or related coursework may be considered • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation preferred • Maintain Active CPA License.
