📋 Description
• Responsible for working closely with technical teams or software vendors to design and configure software applications • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their processes, objectives, and challenges • Manage complex problems and work with team members to ensure ticket resolution • Develop and execute test plans to ensure that software applications meet defined functional requirements • Provide training and support to end-users on application functionalities • Collaborate with IT teams to prioritize and implement system enhancements, bug fixes, and upgrades • Prepare detailed functional specifications, system documentation, user manuals, and training materials • Maintain up-to-date documentation of system configurations, customizations, and integration points • Apply working knowledge and experience to broaden capabilities
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in computer science, information technology, software engineering, or related field • Master's Degree (preferred) • 5+ years of experience in relevant fields • Oracle Certification (Preferred)
