📋 Description
• Supports the invoice and procurement function by creating custom workflows, setting up security roles, and defining data fields. • Identifies areas for process improvement and recommend system enhancements or automation opportunities to streamline Supply Chain processes and increase efficiency. • Collaborate with the IT team and vendors to plan and execute system upgrades, patches, and enhancements including testing new system functionalities and ensuring a smooth transition. • Assist the Supply Chain team and system administrators to configure the Supply Chain system according to the organization's requirements which may involve creating custom workflows, setting up security roles, and defining data fields. • Maintain regular and reliable attendance. • Perform other duties as assigned.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelors Degree required, preferably in the areas of computer science, information technology, software engineering, or a related field. • Masters Degree (preferred). • Experience being part of a shared service organization. • 5+ years of experience. • Oracle Certification (Preferred)
