📋 Description
• Manage monthly processes around Oracle Projects, Fixed Assets, and Leases. • Responsible for month-end close procedures around project, fixed asset, and lease accounting. • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement of accounting processes. • Collaborate with facility finance teams on lease management and new project determination. • Perform general ledger, subledger, and journal entry analysis as needed.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelors Degree required, preferably in the areas of Accounting or Finance. • 4+ years of Experience in projects/fixed assets accounting. • Must possess a working understanding of operational reporting tools and sources within Oracle, including OTBI, FDI, and EPM. • Certified Public Accountant (preferred). • Active CPA License (Preferred).
