Description

• LifeRaft is seeking a Product Specialist within our Sales Operations Team. • Critical role in helping to continue our unprecedented growth. • Work with Account Executives and the Customer Success Team. • Build and deliver compelling and industry-relevant product demonstrations. • Demonstrate product’s value proposition to convert opportunities into customers. • Sales communications mainly via Zoom, with potential on-location work. • Attend various trade shows.

Requirements

• Experience in a product demonstration or solutions engineer position, preferably within the Corporate Security or OSINT Industries. • Proven record of providing outstanding client interactions • Strong knowledge of business processes (sales, marketing, service, support) • Experience working with Corporate Security, Threat Analysts, or Open-Source Intelligence would be of additional value
