📋 Description
• Lives out Lifeway’s mission and values, showing deep commitment to Kingdom work • Lead the planning and implementation of Salesforce projects • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget • Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility • Develop a detailed project forecast/plan to track progress • Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques • Perform risk management to minimize project risks • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation • Some travel, occasionally overnight
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field, required • Minimum 5-8 years of experience as a Project Manager in Salesforce implementations • Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful SF implementation project • Strong working knowledge of Salesforce • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking abilities • Actively involved in an evangelical Christian church
