• Help shape our long-term ML strategy and roadmap • Provide deep technical feedback on current and envisioned ML projects across the organization • Design, drive, and ship strategic ML projects • Work with modeling techniques at the state-of-the-art of probability prediction and other ML areas • Develop Liftoff R&D’s ties to the research community • Join a nimble, consistently exemplary, and skilled engineering team

Requirements

• PhD in a STEM field • 10+ years of experience • Broad and deep ML knowledge (including neural networks) • Experience deploying ML solutions at scale • AdTech experience • Proficient coding ability • Self-motivated and a great sense of urgency • Solid track record of ML publications in scientific conferences and journals • Previous experience as a Technical Lead
