Description

• The Group FP&A Analyst will play a critical role in providing accurate and timely financial analysis, reporting, and insights to support the decision-making process across the organization. • This role will assist with budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modelling to help ensure the company meets its financial objectives. • Prepare monthly financial and KPI reports for Senior Management, Board Meetings, and other key stakeholders. • Include variance analysis to explain movements and identify key drivers and trends. • Perform in-depth analysis of key financial metrics such as revenue, expenses, margins, and profitability. • Collaborate with Business Unit and Department heads to gather relevant data and support their financial needs. • Develop reports and dashboards to provide real-time insights into financial and operational performance. • Take responsibility for the collection and maintenance of top-level business KPIs. • Play a key role in the preparation of annual budgets and monthly forecasts. • Analyze business performance and provide actionable recommendations to improve efficiency and profitability. • Feed directly into strategic decision-making, including M&A, through developing financial models and providing insights and analysis from the data.

Requirements

• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office with strong Excel and financial modelling skills. • A few years experience in financial analysis, FP&A or a similar role. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manipulate and analyze large datasets. • Experience working with large datasets and BI tools such as Amazon QS, Power BI etc is preferred, though not required. • Experience in digital projects and e-commerce is highly valuable. • Background preferably within finance, business, or economics. • Proactive, enjoys seeking information. • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders. • Fluent in both English and Spanish.
