Description
• Build and own features from start to finish: plan, build, test, deploy, iterate. • Work in a small high-performing team with a lot of collaboration and feedback from users. • Produce content or present to the community. • Interact with users in the community and prioritize work based on feedback. • Have ownership mindset and make trade-off decisions between moving quickly and optimizing for excellence. • Comfortable working in a rapidly growing small team amidst ambiguity. • Comfortable launching features at 80% completion.
Requirements
• Experience or interest in building interactive products that teams love. • Appreciation of good design (UI/UX) and passion for building products that people love to use. • Skilled communicator, especially in a remote team, willing to challenge existing ideas. • Experience or interest in open source projects. • Thoughtfulness in creating and maintaining a world-class engineering culture.
