• LightFeather is seeking Entry Level Business Operations & Proposal Analysts • Role requires keen attention to detail, excellent organizational and communication skills • Position is ideal for recent graduates or individuals with limited experience • Responsibilities include Proposal and RFI Management, Opportunity Assessment, Document and Compliance Management, Account and Timesheet Management, Meeting Coordination, Research and Reporting, Data Organization and Inventory Management

Requirements

• US Citizenship • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field • Minimum GPA of 3.6 • Applicants must provide a screenshot of their final GPA and Diploma as part of their application • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace • Knowledge in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python) • Knowledge of AI tools and technologies for process automation • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and strong research capabilities • Strong organizational and time management skills • Ability to manage multiple tasks, work under pressure, and collaborate effectively with diverse teams • Preferred: Internship or some work experience collaborating directly with C-level executives • Experience in proposal development, or a similar environment • Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements
