📋 Description
• LightFeather is seeking a Google Workspace IT Security Specialist to lead our security initiatives, safeguard our digital assets, and ensure compliance with industry standards. • You will design, implement, and maintain secure IT systems within our Google Workspace environment and across corporate endpoints. • This role requires close collaboration with internal teams and vendors to enforce robust security policies, manage compliance requirements (including CMMC), and protect company data.
🎯 Requirements
• US Citizenship. • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or equivalent work experience. • 3+ years of IT security experience, with a focus on Google Workspace administration and endpoint protection. • Google Workspace Administrator Certification (Required). • Additional certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CISSP, or CISM are a plus. • Proven expertise in Active Directory and OU structuring. • Strong familiarity with CMMC, NIST frameworks, and compliance standards. • Experience with secure laptop/endpoint deployment, OS hardening, and policy enforcement. • In-depth knowledge of network security principles (firewalls, VPNs, segmentation). • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
