📋 Description

• Define and drive the overall product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with company goals. • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities that inform product strategy. • Analyze customer feedback, usage data, and market signals to continuously improve products and features. • Design and implement A/B tests to validate product hypotheses, optimize user experiences, and guide data-driven decisions. • Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success to deliver high-quality products. • Own the product lifecycle from concept to launch, including go-to-market strategies. • Set and track key performance metrics to evaluate product success and inform future decisions. • Act as a product evangelist both internally and externally to build awareness and engagement. • Prioritize product features and initiatives based on business impact and customer value. • Partner with executive leadership to align product development with strategic objectives. • Ensure product compliance with internal standards and external regulations (e.g., ISO, FDA).

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. • 5+ years of product management experience. • Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling products. • Ability to bridge knowledge of the pharmaceutical compliance regulations to the engineering team. • Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry regulations and compliance requirements and relevant standards. • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. • Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive decisions. • Experience working in agile product development environments. • Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment. • Microsoft Office suite competency including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. • Staying organized while effectively prioritizing multiple projects at once. • High attention to detail when completing projects. • Strong time management skills to complete projects by deadlines. • Self-motivated individual who takes ownership of their projects. • Maintain excellent verbal, writing, and language skills.
