Description

• Help the legal team stay on top of corporate compliance and manage our global entities! • Keeping company files and registrations up to date by preparing resolutions and annual reports, and completing declarations and filings for multiple jurisdictions worldwide. • Collaborating with other corporate departments to assist with various reporting and compliance matters, and updating minute books. • Assisting in the preparation and filing of corporate documents such as incorporation, registration, amending declarations, and annual reports. • Preparing various corporate documents, including lists, meeting minutes, reports, and charts, while managing corporate deadlines for companies in various jurisdictions globally. • Conducting research in company registries and requesting eligibility and conformity certificates. • Reviewing, proofreading, and formatting documents, drafting correspondence, and ensuring follow-up. • Supporting the legal team with knowledge management, including learning and development initiatives and events.

Requirements

• Previous experience in the same/similar role • Familiarity with corporate law in the jurisdiction where you have practiced • Prior experience working in a global legal department is a bonus (but not needed)
