Description
• Identifying and qualifying potential customers for global sales teams • Building our Total Addressable Market (TAM) • Creating lists of prospects matching our Ideal Customer Profile • Updating existing business and contact information in the CRM • Mastering the CRM and ensuring data accuracy • Compiling data and creating insightful reports • Assisting the Leadership team with occasional administrative tasks • Contributing as part of the wider team
Requirements
• Previous experience in a busy administrative or customer service job • Excellent time management and organization skills • Outstanding communication skills • Prior retail experience is a bonus but not needed!
