• As a Freelance Recruiter for Likha Careers, you will be part of our Referral Program to help find applicants in the Philippines for our biggest clients. • Your primary goal is to connect with professionals all over the country and tell them about the available jobs through Likha Careers. • You will work collaboratively with our client services team to understand client requirements and execute an effective talent sourcing strategy. • You will do this through genuine and selfless efforts to better the professional lives of all that you meet.
Requirements
• Open to anyone with or without experience in recruitment • Amenable to pure commission-based payment setup • Genuine willingness to learn • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office • Familiarity with web-based ATS and CRM platforms is a plus
