Description

• Analyse product features to understand their usage and uncover issues or opportunities to improve our users’ experience • Support AB testing from design and tracking through to interpretation and analysis to provide clarity to the product team on how each variation affects our key metrics • Find, diagnose and remediate data quality issues • Be a key partner to the core product team, proactively providing deep insights into user behaviours, lifecycle, segmentation and habits to guide long-term product strategy • Design and build analytics datasets that support fast insights to questions from our product team and company leaders • Clearly and concisely communicate insights and results to both technical and non-technical stakeholders through effective visualisations and concise written and verbal communication • Apply best practices around code quality and design to ensure data transformations are robust, reliable, maintainable and extendable

Requirements

• Strong competency with SQL; fluency in SQL within analytical data warehouses and BI tools • Experience working with event-oriented data sets of large size and diverse schemas • Experience developing dashboards and reporting systems • Sharp product sense and business acumen • Excellent, concise communication skills with the ability to articulate effort vs impact tradeoffs
