• About Us • LILT is the leading AI solution for enterprise translations. • The Payment Specialist is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payments to linguists. • Interface with vendors who work on freelancing jobs on the platform. • Be the point of contact for payment issues and take ownership of issues raised. • Identify the amount paid on a job. • Locate a paystub and a job. • Confirm a linguist's rate. • Identify all documents paid on a job. • Identify jobs not registered to the linguist's email.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of internal systems, including Linguist Performance Dashboard (LPD), Salesforce (SFDC), Offline Payments (OPM), and Payoneer. • Experience with SQL queries and database analysis. • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Experience with Jira. • Understanding of the translation industry.
